This Tuesday morning we finished our study of Joel fairly early (we only had one paragraph to go) and then moved on to the next minor prophet, Amos. We discuss his identity, his historical setting and context, the issues God addresses through him, and how those things God says to Israel through Amos also have implications for the church and Christians today.
