Good Shepherd accepts donations online using a secure service called Breeze. Click here to set up your giving
account today! If you would like to make your own personal account to keep track of your gifts all in one place, send an e-mail Lauren Kirst. Look below for answers to commonly asked questions.
What different methods can I use to donate?
You can give directly from your bank account or by credit/debit card. The recommendation is to do an electronic transfer (from your bank account) because the processing fee is smaller.
What about recurring giving?
You can do that too! At the bottom of the online giving page, just indicate in the drop down menu how often you would like to donate. It will then transfer the money or charge your credit/debit card automatically each period.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes! You will receive your tax-deductible receipt right to your email for each gift, even if it is automatic. You will also receive a paper copy of your donations at the end of the year.
What if I don’t want to give online?
That’s okay! You can still give through check or cash at church with an envelope. If you do not have envelopes for this year, please contact Lauren. If you are out of town, please mail checks to:
Church of the Good Shepherd
360 Conklin Ave.
Binghamton, NY 13903
All gifts through cash and check are also tax-deductible.
